二、蒐集的資料類型
在使用本服務的過程中，本公司可能蒐集以下資料：
- 個人識別資料：姓名、年齡、出生年月日、性別、受測者編號
- 生理訊號資料：腦電波（EEG）、心率、心率變異（HRV）、血氧濃度（SpO₂）、呼吸率等遠端生理訊號
- 測驗資料：注意力測驗（CPT）的反應時間、正確率等行為資料
- 使用記錄：操作日誌、設備資訊、施測日期與時間
- 備註欄位：施測人員自行輸入的任何補充說明
三、資料用途
蒐集的資料將用於：
- 產生個人化健康評估報告
- 提供服務功能，包括資料儲存、報告分享與雲端同步
- 服務品質改善與系統維護
- 以去識別化方式用於統計研究、演算法優化及 AI 模型訓練，以持續提升評估準確度
本服務為健康輔助工具，不具醫療診斷效力，評估結果不可取代合格專業人員的判斷。
四、資料上傳與儲存
資料將以加密方式上傳至本公司所使用的雲端伺服器基礎設施，並以安全加密方式儲存。原始生理訊號資料的保存期限為最後一次服務使用日起 10 年，到期後依法定程序銷毀。
分析完成的摘要報告將依據使用者需求留存，並可透過分享連結於一定期限內存取。
五、第三方分享
本公司不會將您的個人識別資料出售或提供給無關的第三方。以下情況除外：
- 依法律要求或政府機關命令時
- 為提供服務所必須的技術基礎設施合作夥伴（如雲端服務供應商），本公司要求其遵守保密規範

七、知情同意
在開始記錄生理資料前，施測人員應向受測者口頭說明本政策重點，包含資料用途、雲端上傳、保存年限及受測者權利，並取得受測者同意。本系統提供電子化同意記錄功能，以存檔施測人員已履行告知義務。
八、政策修訂
本公司保留隨時修訂本隱私政策的權利，修訂後將更新本頁面並標註修訂日期。如有重大變更，將透過服務內通知告知使用者。
1. Data Controller
This Privacy Policy is established by Artise Biomedical Co., Ltd. ("the Company", Unified Business No.: 5321981) and applies to all software services provided by the Company, including but not limited to the SigmaCog platform, VisioMynd, VeloMynd, ViboMynd, SoraMynd, and BrainQ10.

- Physiological Signal Data: Electroencephalography (EEG), heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), respiration rate, and other remote physiological signals
- Assessment Data: Behavioral data from continuous performance tests (CPT) including reaction times and accuracy
- Usage Records: Operation logs, device information, assessment date and time
- Notes: Any supplementary information entered by the assessor
3. Purpose of Data Use
Collected data will be used for:
- Generating personalized health assessment reports
- Providing service features, including data storage, report sharing, and cloud synchronization
- Service quality improvement and system maintenance
- De-identified statistical research, algorithm optimization, and AI model training to continuously improve assessment accuracy
Our services are wellness tools and do not constitute medical diagnosis. Assessment results cannot replace the judgment of qualified professionals.
4. Data Upload and Storage
Data is encrypted and uploaded to the Company's cloud server infrastructure and stored securely with encryption. Raw physiological signal data is retained for 10 years from the date of last service use, after which it is destroyed in accordance with applicable regulations.
Completed summary reports are retained based on user needs and can be accessed via a sharing link within a specified period.
5. Third-Party Sharing
The Company does not sell or provide your personal identification data to unrelated third parties. Exceptions include:
- When required by law or government authority
- Technical infrastructure partners necessary for service delivery (e.g., cloud service providers), who are required to comply with the Company's confidentiality policies
